I have some suggestions for small changes. I couldn't find a topic on the forum about ideas for changing this map, so I'm writing here.
1.Italy alp bunker. Ability to build bunkers in the Alps on the Italian side, but only until turn 18. I often see when Serbia is bad that, ah goes to the Alps and overwhelms Italy with a large number of troops. Bunker doesn't give much, but it's always something. It must be expensive so that Italy builds it only in extreme cases. I would aim for 4k (400 upkeep).
2."Estus new generals". Since they have a lot of defense, they defend first, which makes them useless. If we want strange generals, I'd swap attack and defense. Then they would attack first and defend last. It seems like a small change, but it changes quite a lot, mainly in the UK.
3.No dreds in Aden. Otto cannot build infantry in the south, so even if he takes over the coastal cities, the UK can retake them with the help of powerful ships (dreadnoughts). Cons don't have chance with them.
4.Inf in Jerusalem or 10-15 inf event in t2. For the first 2-3 turns, the gaza is exposed to lb/gc uk attacks. The point is to be able to protect trench until troops from further regions arrive. On this map egypt has more troops in turn 2.
5.Bulgaria's event with a second general on turn 18. Bulgaria often needs to play PD or IF. These strategies have short range and are quite expensive to maintain.
-Bulg will be more mobile
-more independent
-more active on other fronts
-if he loses all his units, he can regain his territory
6.Uk, 1 troopship event in "Tamrida" in t2. That island its too far and troopship has more range.
7.Greek inf cost too much. Now its 5/6/5 and 80$. (normal inf 4/6/5 and 70$). My suggestion is 3/6/5 and 50$. I would also add the ability to create artillery.
8.More crit to UK building in london. Now it's too easy to destroy.
9.Adding 30-40 militia to the Otto event, near the Maskat. At this point, the event dies in the same round. This way, it will have more defense and may live longer.
10.Long range serb transport. Portugal is far.
I didn't mention anything about the Eastern Front because there's a lot of stuff there to change and it's probably best not to touch it. The Western Front with its bunkers seems well-balanced.
After reading, can be deleted.
