Afterwind RP

Afterwind Roleplay is a combination of a standard Afterwind game and a form of post-by-post roleplaying, the latter carried through by chat. For example, a possible exchange in a 2015 game between players could be:

Player I (PR China): Premier Hu Jintao announces the 'operational capacity' of the first PLAN aircraft carrier, the Yue Fei, at a press conference in Shanghai.
Player II (Japan): NHK -- The Japanese Premier condemns Chinese aircraft carrier as an 'act of aggression'.
Player III (India): The Indian Government will consult its interests before making a formal statement on the commissioning of the Yue Fei.

Any announcements about roleplay or new roleplay games should be posted here. Any AWer is welcome to join a RP game, which should be marked with a title similar to "RP: [map/scenario]" or "RP: Asia".

Hell yes. We should get together a list of people willing to participate and send them a link to this thread so we can play a hardcore RP game at some point.

I played one of those before, pretty fun, try to include me in one.

I like RP it adds a whole new dimension where you can make up your own story about your country very cool for those people who are real creative in Writing or have ideas for a good story

Count me in, i'd like to play that sort of game as I usually do that "report" thing. It would be great to join one of those games in which i''m not the only one writing about (usually about the downfall) of my lands.

There has been only 1 RP game in 2 months. I hope we can play it some time in the near future.

Setting up a Subcontinent RP game soon (Afghanistan - India - Pakistan - Bangladesh - Burma). Rules are: Only Guerilla Warfare is allowed - only militia and marines are allowed to simulate local princedoms; It is forbidden to take New Delhi (you must fight over the population-rich cities of India and use the militia gained from them to keep on fighting.

Sounds real good, but a bit small-scale. Maybe an Africa game (the Congo War would be decent)?

You should specify a time for people to come on, I think casual games don't really work.

A Chinese Civil War would be interesting. And other countries could be added for them to have a response to it.
