Lifetime prem for contributing to atwar

So now lifetime can't be bought for money but it's still can be used to benefit atwar,say if player manages to contribute a lot to atwar like Vlad rakovita he receives a lifetime prem,it's a win win situation if a tricky problem with deciding what deserve a lifetime prem will be solved as it surely can increase activity,feel free to discuss bla bla bla
