3v3 Eu+ picking and rules

I created this thread based on a discussion I had inside coalition. Everyone knows I am new here, so I am asking the community why certain things exist. I thought about it and personally it does not make sense to me. I have been told that there can be no uk/germ or ukr and turk in the same team. The reason given was that the picks would give a huge advantage to the side with them, namely ukr/turk. Fair enough, I can accept that but the picking mechanism as far as i know allows for each team to have a pick, no one gets two picks consecutively. Hence, I would think that if you do not want someone to have something you take it yourself. This seems pretty straightforward and logical to me. So what really is the isssue? Ahh , so some guys dont like to play east , or others dont like to play west , or some are not as good in various picks etc. Well that is not your opponent's fault ! Why should a rule exist that basically encourages players to be one dimensional and weaker all round players? I have heard a lot about the competitive scene etc. If indeed this is the pinnacle of the game in terms of skills , would it not make more sense to encourage higher all round quality from players ? If you dont want me to pick a country, take it ! Hmm I am not so good with that country, then get better !
These are just my thoughts, i am a simple , logical person. Maybe everyone disagrees. Sometimes when I join a game I feel like I am surrounded by robots on autopilot that cant seem to break their programming.

Good points. its common courtesy when a person wants to skip germany or UK, and does so, the other team can grab the Uk-Germ combo, although east is set in stone, its always Ukraine vs Turkey for fairness sake.

Germ UK is fine... some people don't like certain things that's why mostly play only the 3v3s that I host so I make my rules...I would suggest you to do same too

If I had people I would CW you with France Poland Austria on that combo. - don't take it so seriously its not good for your health

Haha, while being new to this game I am firmly of the opinion that quality of players, readiness for game, execution of plans in any given game ;team chemistry, are much more relevant than the initial countries chosen. I would love to watch that cw Mr. Bonker, it gives persons a chance to demonstrate their intellect and creativity. Besides, if they dont want you to get poland or austria they can always TAKE IT
