Scenarios: Take leavers empty countries during the game.

Hello,
Why no one can join in next turns if someone pick a player/side and leave? That ruins the game... but if someone could just replace that leavers there was no problem.

How about anscenario option or host option to let rejoin a side?

So, any possibility of make the changes? or at least justify why no change, because no one until now is against my idea.

Cool idea, but make sure the original strategy is in effect. Because imperalist to ironfist is op. Also same upgrade that original player use is to be transfer to the new player as well. Only for the game only when ian transfer I meant limited to the use of those upgrade only.
