Who can create a tournament and how he provide trophies to the player?

Can anyone create/host a tournament and give trophies to winners?

Hmmmm, i have talked to croat in the past about this. Yes, you can make a tourny any time!

i would ask a mod about the trophies though, you might have to go through ivan.

You can host any tourny but mods decide if a trophy is given or not.

In b4 iceland duel tourney

Have a duel? Eu+ 10K Capture enemy's capital and hold it for 2 turns
