Add -2 to Blitz Range

This is so freaking retarded. It's range is way too OP. I've seen freaking noobs win with this stupid strat. Upvote if you want nerf!

seriously though, blitz already has so much range, more range is hardly even felt.

Increase critical chance for inf and maybe tanks slightly and make mil a bit cheaper.

nerf it even more in defense, while buffing its range to the max.

Why stop there? add +1 def in cities and give tanks couple of points in attack. That will make ti more versatile.
