I'm talking about the one that Adog uses.

The Senate is a growing association of map makers from many clans including Tik-tok, Adog, Aetius, Tunder,hellraiser,Glockenspeil and many more on the way who all seek justice with an atwar free of leavers and wallbreakers.

Any atwar user who breaks these rules in a senate map will be banned from ALL senate maps upon the approval of the senators (although anyone can veto). The Senate is a democratic organization that operates on evidence, rationality, and responsibility.
