Borders

How do you make make borders? I make them, name them & poof it's gone. I am trying to make a GGG how do u make an Empire own borders u made miles away?

Are you sure you're clicking save? Also if you're looking at it in the HTML editor it doesn't always save the borders for some reason. For the second part about what you said you have really two options. You can create the region then just select it to be the same country as the mainland or (this is the better way to do it imo) create a new region make it its own country then go into the scenario editor (guessing it'll be a scenario) and make it the same player.
