Turk can hit any Balkan harder than Ukraine, but many Ukraine players still rush.

Ukraine can hit hungary harder than turk can, but that hasn't stopped many Ukraine players from going min hung

the threat of being able to do something is often stronger than actually doing it. How many times have you defended your capital and it not be attacked, but you defended simply due to the threat of attack? Its true what you say happens, but it is an exception, not what happens most often.
