SM general +1 attack on bombers

Can someone explain to me how generals buff bombers attack values, but doesnt buff marines or destroyers or helis? This doesn't make sense to me. please remove the +1 attack values on all or place them on all troops. thanks

I dont think it needs to be with SM i think its just all bomber in gen stack when you buy the upgrade.

Anyway, the +1 Attack upgrades seem pretty useful, specially in rushes. Helis are fine without it, though. Destroyer has enough attack, and marines are stealth so there's no point on doing it. That's my opinion

I honestly feel that 9 attack on bombers is excessive. when you consider the bomber stack's hp, there is no such thing as good trade with it. I was trading worse than one to one when i was NC destroyers and i was attacked by SM bombers (even though NC destroyers have 9 defense, and a +1 defense against bombers). I personally think if a general is able to buff a stack as much as it can with SM, it should also buff other roles with strong hammers, DS NC etc. uniformity of this is ridiculous.

I think it is fine - RA/LB/GC tanks for example get 9 attack (10 with gen!) (Post data; LB has extra crit which is almost as +1 attack, and GC has +1 HP which can be compared to extra attack) and they cost 110 (except for LB tho).
While bombers can't cap, are more expensive, and have less attack, I see it pretty balanced because they can fly and have more range.
HP has nothing to do here, as SM Bombers got the default HP (7) like almost every other unit. Also, 1 HP can be compared to +1Dmg in battle; it's almost the same.
By the way, stacked units seem to be WAY better/luckier than normal-sized stacks. According to battle mechanics, there's nothing related to stacks, but something must be there in the code, who knows.

The reason I don't see DS have a gen attack upgrade, is because DS would be too powerful against infs/militias. *As I mentioned in another topic, DS needs tweaking against PD, but against pretty much any other strategy, it's fine.*

And NC; well they have 11 attack which is more than enough. They are pretty unbalanced and may need tweaking (less cost, less power) to make them good against infantries, but in my opinion 11 is fine, since they have the most powerful attack in AW.

It's 10, 11 against tanks
Still, bombers' attack is fine because of their cost. SM is not op.

My suggestions is that you either give +1 attack to destroyers and helis on the general's buffs or take it away from SM. It's making it too op.

how is it excessive? mathematically given the rolls system, the addition of an extra attack value to a unit with an already high value and cost isnt as significant as the addition of an extra attack point to say a miltia or infantry. sm is fine the way it is in comparison with the other well rounded strrats such as gw pd and imperialist.

additionally if you want an attack upgrade for marines, youll also need a stealth general upgrade
