Because I think the EU+ 3v3s are getting old, and there have been few maps that have been created to take on the monopoly over competitive play that EU+ 3v3s hold, I decided to create a new competitive map. Although it still takes place in Europe, the point is that we cannot have a sudden transition from Europe to other maps for competitive play, and we should do it gradually. This map is just a small shift.

As the name suggests, the map is based in 1923. Because it is sometime in the middle of 1923, Memel has joined Lithuania, but Constantinople is still the capital of the "Ottoman Empire".

Looks like alot of countries got nerfed

Mainly Turkey and Ukraine got nerfed. I buffed reinforcement in central Europe like Czechoslovakia, Austria, and Hungary.

I generally kept reinf the same in eastern Europe while nerfing income.

Even then, Turkey is still relatively powerful in comparison to other countries, and instead of Ukraine being Turk's opponent, it is moreso Poland, but Ukraine is playable as well.

Nice map.
Some minor observations:
Should be "Königberg" (King's Mountain) not "Königsburg" (King's Fortress).
Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia were part of the Transcaucasian SFSR until 1936 and only then became Azerbaijan SSR, Armenia SSR and Georgia SSR.

A supreme map in every way except perhaps aesthetics.

The not-so-excellent new borders annoy me more than it should.

Moving the capital to Ankara and renaming it to Turkey would be more appropiate considering the Ottoman Empire is basically defunct at this time and the land is controlled by Turkey/The Grand National Assembly.
