Higher ranks allyfagging against noobs...

I was spectating a game where two level 4s (Asia and North America) along with a rank 3 (South America) allied each other to take down a level 2 Germany and a guy in Australia - his first game. And I'm thinking the whole time, how sad and pathetic it is.
Could it be construed as against the game rules or is it legal just not encouraged?

Allyfags have been around us since the begining of life itself. Don't expect newbies to behave brave, they will win the easy way if they can... nothing we can do about them except for changing the intial settings.

But doing it on a guy's first game?? That's just not cricket. You're supposed to help him not have a competition to see how fast you can kill him and ruin his atWar experience before it even begins!!

You remember that post in news about high ranks being sharks? Think again. There's no difference here, everyone can be the shark. There are simply stronger sharks than others, being these last the ones that always complain about getting eaten by stronger sharks.
