Is it going to be new seperated game or what? Only viable gameplay I can imagine is 10 minutes per turn or king of the hill scenarios because it's impossible to move so many troops just with your finger not to mention sending the exact amount of units you need or changing your mending and canceling moves. I know a lot of successful games halt updates and projects just build mobile versions because mobile markets flourish so well but I don't think AtWar could be relevant enough to worth it. Focusing on new meta fixing bugs and encourage playable zones for both vetreans and novices will be more important. Right now we have the vetrean community who sees the old game as it should be played but new players prefer slow and safe games with barely war at all so they can make SP because they can't hold more than 3 turns against all the upgrades and premium power. The problem now is gaps are going to get even worse because premiums are going to be even less popular and more players will stop playing at rank 6. What I'm trying to say is there are more urgent thing.

I don't know yet, since any mobile version is way down the road at this stage. I want to fix what we already have first. Like you said there are more urgent things right now.

Best way would be mobile phone-players only, but then again Mauzer showed that he could still reck alot of people whilst playing on mobile. On the other hand, Mauzer is an exceptional addict, so not really representative. I'd say to not jump to any conclusions yet and actually give Dave the time to think it through. Now millions of threads asking about mobile version etc. won't be really helpful. Edit: He already answered I see.. D:

When we won winter 2017 1st place trophy back when we were together with MP in EC , he played 90% or more CWs on his mobile lol ... weird times.
