Ok, I think the whole thing of "clans" is silly right now. Whooh, we can have a 3v3 vs each other! Thts not common.... Plus, all the clans right now are like fraternities. They all encourage people to join them, but yet really don't care about training the new recruit, or making them feel welcome. Might as well start calling the clans "fraternities" as thts what they really are anyways.

What I'm really proposing, is not to make clans now college frat houses, but to have a hierarchy of clans. Similar to NCAA Divisions. "Division 3" clans or the low rank clans will consist of training clans, only ranks new through 4. " Division 2" clans will consist of players ranks 5-7, and Division 3 will be 8+. Now ofc the game will grow in the future, so of nescecary, a fourth Division 1A can be set up for ranks 11+, leaving D1 to be for 8-10. This system will allow players of low ranks to get cw experience.

How will they be trained?

Simple, a "buddy system" should be put in place. In this scenario, let's say (idk) Stryko wanted to start a training clan in Division 3. However, he doesn't want to leave SM. In the budding system, he will belong to both. His tag will say SM, however, since he is the leader if this training clan he has access to their clan chat, forums, but will not have the ability to cw in the train clan to prevent farming.

Another question: If this were to be put in place, how will current clans be arranged?

Simple. A poll taken by the AW community as a whole will be taken. Top competitive clans like MK, SM, Illy, evoL etc. will be considered the division 1. Then secondary clans like my own Night Stalkers, which is designed for mid ranks, or like illyfication, will be second tier. Then the smallest clans will be d3. Mods will be in charge of placing the clans to their rightful place.

Expansion of the Modship:

More mods will be needed to accomplish this task. I am not dissing the mods, and I so believe that tht do their job well. Chess, Desu, and Cthulhu do a great job of keeping global unspammed (sorry if I forgot a mod, those are always the ones on when I'm on). However, more mods will be needed to keep everyone in line during 1) the clan arrangement process and 2) mods will be needed in each division to keep each division in line. Now I'mnot putting down the activity of the current mods, and I understand they all have lives, just like we all do which we must respect. But more mods will be needed to boost the activity of the modship.

Conclusion: By introducing this new system, it will get new players more intrigued by 3v3s and will help bring a revival back to the ways of the old, and bring it back from the modern rp days. I'm not dissing rp in this thread, and if players want to play it, tht is their choice. However, this new system I thoroughly believe will 1) get more players encouraged to play 3v3s, and 2) will create a more competitive environment that is always more fun for everyone!

Brief Summary:
By making a new system of coalition arrangement in conjunction with the buddy system idea, aw will be become a more competitive and enjoyable community to play in.

I truly believe this will work as a huge benefit to the community as a whole, and I hope this is taken into consideration! Thank you for your time

Interesting idea.

When I was reading I thought you meant something a little different, but then realized your idea. so I'll throw in what I thought you meant at first:

Each clan that exists and will exist will be divided into these divisions.. So think of it like a pirate crew on the same ship but the members are divided into divisions. (this was the first example that came to my mind lol). So every clan page will be divided into its respective divisions. The clan chat will also be divided into the divisions. So, all the 3 division chats will be boxes that can be ticked like we have now. However division 3 (r0-4) will only be able to tick chat of division 3, while division 2(r5-7) will be able to tick and enter the chat of division 2 and 3. And the first division (r8+) will be able to enter all chats of all 3 divisions. They can of course only tick division 1 if they prefer. The forum will be structured the same. Division 3 will only be able to post in the division 3 forum, while division 1 will be able to post in all forums (and access of course). While creating topics, they will be able to tick in which forum they'd like it to appear in.

Anyway, each division will also have its own leader(s). No need for officers I think. When negotiating CWs, I think 1 person from another division should be able to play for another division. So this would make it possible to cw with 6,7,8 vs 7,7,7. The cw of each division will be recorded to create a comp. for each division. But also, all the CWs of the clan will be added to create the clan comp. All of the cw's in a clan will count towards the season system.

I personally think this would be better.. You can ask if there are any questions or if you think something can be improved.

(Mega quote ftw) I like this idea better. Same results will still apply. It will get lower ranks engaged in the cw system early, and low ranks in the big clans will matter. This also eliminates the whole determining the division of clans.

Exactly. Also it will allow current clans to still be in the same clan (in comparison with your idea, where the clans will be divided) and plus will lift the fear of having too many members or too many low recruits. The members of current training clans will be able to join their main clan, which is of course a good thing.

Nah to both.

More mods perfect example is currently going on right now in lobby room. Both mods AFK won't say any names. While a bunch of racism is being spread around the lobby chat.. Very welcoming to a new player right? It's expected of a player like myself to be labeled a "cry baby" cause I asked them to stop?

Which brings me to this proposal CD!!!.. Ready? What if reports are logged regardless of mods being on or not?

Yes! Reports shall be logged, regardless if Mods are on or not! Most of the time I'm checking the forum and(or checking some games... so I won't see what is going on in the lobby. "Mod online" does not mean he is in main room!

I've had logged many abuse and actually only two Mods (wont mention name) accept or decline the report... I also think it is way too hard to search in logs... What about a Report buttom?
