Did you even read the post? The cost is fine. Stealths only need to add +1 capacity to marines for make them more used.

This wouldnt even affect close quarters mos combat,ie 3v3s, but would be op on world maps, youre basically giving stealth planes the ability to cap cities.

I wouldn't be against adding 1 marine capacity to stealths using mos, no more than 1 though as you would still want submarines to be your main way to transport marines. If you need a nerf to counter the buff then add 40 to cost of stealth (still -60 on other strats)

ds helis and marines are boosted. and helis are able to hold marines, this makes ds unique, and strong
mos has boosted marines in range attack and cost, boosted stealth planes in range and cost, boosted subs in range attack and cost. and now you want stealth planes to be allowed to hold marines too? great so now players can speed 17 range units unseen accross the map to cap inland targets. this is not op at all.

Let be honest: Most of the experimented MOS played doesnt use stealths. And they still blocking this type of suggestion. Helis cost 130, the same as bombers. They are affondable, but pay 200 for stealths when you have 8 attack marines for 110 cost is not reasonable. Same with SM. Unless you are playing RP or have Infinite money, NO continent can afford 30 stealths per turn....

-2 capacity and AT also cost 520 ;_;. But why do this when MOS already have submarines with 4 capacity and 160 cost, plus only 1 range less that air transport.

Ya right i don't have cheaper trans, should say 520-600. Anyway its still close, and subs are a naval unit (only sea), but to have that much mobility/power in air is a different story.

A bit too OP imo, its adds alot of versatility and mobility for stealth units. Submarines are limited by land/straits and can only attack water units, so other then being a stealth transport it has fairly limited capabilities. A stealth plane on the other hand has higher range then submarines, can move over land/sea and also isn't as limited. For example if you wanted to transport submarines into denmark from Spain, having unit walls in France-Britain can slow you down, while stealth planes can essentially fly around walls. It also lets you capture and attack alot easier with stealth units.
You can build stealth planes in CIty A, fly them over City B, load with marines, and continue path. One of the reasons why stealth planes are so good is that it is a high mobility attack unit with stealth, loading it with a marine gives it essentially extra attack at a cheaper cost (Building a Stealth plane with a marine vs building 2 stealth planes). Capturing cities with stealth loaded planes now makes it really easy for MoS players to just obliterate from the rear.
You also say that ' In real world can stealth planes deliver marines ?' but stealth planes are more for providing airstrikes then transporting units, the stealth plane also uses a stealth bomber picture, so it's purpose is really to provide air support and not really marine transportation.
Marines/stealth/paradrop units aren't really stealthy if you think about it, there's a loud plane dropping soldiers floating down from the sky.
