Since I've been finding it quite frequent, I've compile some of the most common questions in regards of HTML. If you believe there's anything I should add, please post below (or PM me).
1. What is HTML?
HTML stands of "HyperText Markup Language". It is a language that allows the programmer to create website content, and it is accessible from all modern browser. This also includes mobiles, tablets, and others modern devices capable of connecting to the internet. The last update (also know as HTML 5) changes the experience from simple text to graphics and videos.
2. Why is the game being changed from Silverlight to HTML?
This was not an easy decision. Google had announced that, for security reasons, Chrome would no longer support NPAPI plugins (this includes Silverlight) from September 2015 onward. Opera had done the same, too. To add with this, Microsoft also had dropped the support to Silverlight. In order to keep atWar alives, the admins had decide to code the game in HTML, even though we all were happy with Silverlight.
3. Is there any difference between atWar in Silverlight and atWar in HTML?
There are some few changes but all the features that are in SL are going to be available in HTML. If you find anything wrong, please report it to the admins or the moderators, and feel free to make a report in the bugs forums.
4. Why do the atWar HTML version have less graphics than the Silverlight version?
No, It certainly doesn't. Please be sure that your zoom settings are at 100% and clear the cache of your browser. If this doesn't solve the issue then try with another browser. This is a problem that only happens to certain players and admins had assured the quality at 100% zoom is almost indistinguishable from the Silverlight version of the game.
5. Is the game still being developed?
Yes, It is. Admins are working hard to polish the HTML version of the game. After that, they will make the game available for tablets and phones, as well as implement some cool features that were wanted by the community from long ago. For now, feel free to cooperate with the administration by reporting bugs or any occurrence that you might have in the HTML version of atWar. Your help is important!

First off its html 5 not html. This page itself is made of html !
Also disagree on point 3 this game isn't exactly the same in silverlight as it is in html5 . If it were exactly the same people wouldn't mind to switching to html 5 version. html5 version needs a lot of polish and has lot more bugs.

Wat the fuk, how can u say that, are u getting paid? The graphics are different, the whole html5 is slower and more buggy. SL works way more smoother. If you had looked at html even for 1 minute u would see that things like chatting and friends/clan/enemy lists have changed radically and u say there are no differences. Why are u expressing yourself as some html5 proffesional when your facts are far from right.

I am not getting paid. As you guys I used to have the graphic problems, but after the next update (and clearing cache) it got fixed for me.
I invite your both to post screenshots of the graphics, to follow the instructions of clearing cache and using different browsers. SQUARED already did and he said the graphics improved a lot after he updated his browser.
When I said there are no differences, I'm speaking about the features. Have you found any feature that is not yet in HTML? Please report it!

Yes. And to my knowledge once SL is out, its desktop version will also be out. Im guessing admins will have to make a new one for the future.

use a screening process when talking to people on atwar. You only have to see the above guys avatar to realize his answer will be trash. Anyway, the answer is yes. I really wonder when will we get desktop version of HTML5
