Lock cities in place

In the map editor, when you click on a city, there should be a box that you can check off to lock the city in place so you can't accidentally move it.

...or, just be more careful and don't go wild-clicking the cities. Really? Add this feature? Wouldn't oppose it; but on priority ranking it would have a full 1/10.

WTF are you talking about? Ofc I can't tell you what to do... but definitely I can tell you what NOT to do.

This is much-needed and wouldn't take much time to put in. Support.
