Bug Report Expected behavior Loop the map horizontally, so that the pacific ocean is passable between Asia and America. Actual behavior Having the map looped horizontally breaks the map entirely. The following issues appear. - Picking a country only changes the cities to your color, not the country territory. - All land borders do not appear, which makes the game render the entire map as a giant ocean, since no borders are present. - Half of the country labels do not appear. - Land units become useless without land borders. Steps to reproduce the behavior Clone a world map, or create a new map, have land borders and countries, and play the map while the looped horizontally check box is ticked. Yeah, I wasn't sure if that was reported so I went ahead and threw it in with a few others I reported, just to be safe.

Land borders and countries?

Have a land border (like a border around an island where ground units can move on), and have it assigned to a country with at least one city. For example, have direct copy clone of the world map, and you attempt to play it while it is horizontally looped. When the game loads, none of the borders will load in, but everything else will (Units, countries, cities, etc.). When you pick a country, only the cities change to your color, and nothing happens to the land. This is because a border region acts as land and if that border region didn't load in there is no land. That means the entire map is just a huge ocean with cities in the middle of the water.

Also I should add a little explanation. The loop issue is fixed, but any maps created *before* the fix may still be broken. To fix them, do the following: 1) Edit the map 2) Draw a new border somewhere (anywhere, it doesn't matter), then delete it 3) Save the map This worked for me anyway.

Did you try making a fresh cloned copy of your map? This has fixed broken maps for me in the past. If that doesn't help, worst case I could always check server backups for an earlier version of the map. Anyway it sounds like you've run into an entirely different bug, specifically this one: https://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=39771. I don't have any idea about that one yet, but maybe Clovis might know.

I did try to clone, it wont save at all. It litterally breaks the button and does nothing when cloning it. I'd be interested in getting a backup. If that is possible. I'd really appreciate it, I worked on that map for a long time now.

I get that bug when cloning old silverlight maps. The save button breaks after I click it the first time, on that first time, it says disconnects me then reconnects me and the button no longer does anything. The original fix did indeed work for me, but now I am facing a super weird bug concerning borders. I will create a report topic on that one also. EDIT: Here is the topic: https://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=40233#m679963 I would also like to praise the developers for the fixing of the bug on this page (It is fixed for me, anyways), and I would appreciate some time on this one too, because it acts similar to this bug here, and I think that these two bugs are connected in some way.
