1) There are two league systems, one for EU time, one for US time. 2) Coalitions can participate in both systems if they like. 3) A season is two weeks long. Coalitions are grouped in divisions of around 10 teams. After each season there is promotion and relegation and gold, silver and bronze rewards. 4) Every night at a set time (say, 7pm), coalitions can declare themselves "active" by having 3 or more of their members present in the CW room (and pushing some button). 5) Coalitions get one league point just for showing up in this way. 6) A system (random or more sophisticated) matches the now "active" coalitions within a division. Each "active" coalition will play a match to win another league point. (If there is an odd number of active coalitions, one coalition gets another point for free.) 7) Matches will auto-start 5 or 10 minutes past 7pm. Each coalition will be expected to have placed 3 players in the match by then. If a coalition fails to do this, they forfeit the match, and they also don't get the free point for showing up. 8) To give incentive to buy premium, you can consider something like, at least one of the 3 players must be a premium user.

Discussion points: 1) The general idea is to make CWs something both casual and systematic. Coalitions are rewarded for simply being minimally active every night for about one hour. 2) It will be completely normal not to be able to field your "A-team" every night. Since simply participating is rewarded, the contributions from all coalition members in matches will be appreciated, even if they lost a match. 3) "Average" coalitions with a solid number of active players will easily be able to field teams every night, and all their participants will feel they helped to achieve something, like promotion from division B to A. 4) There will arise a completely different culture and mentality around CWs. No longer any complaints about "ranks" or "alts" or "not tonight, we're feeling tired" or simply all this being afraid of losing that is so prevalent as it currently is in AW. Losing will be perfectly normal, and it will be perfectly normal to play along varying team members and against varying opponent teams. Success in CWs will become a measure of having a solid core of active players rather than a measure of "we only play if we have a good chance to win, and never against Dalmati!". 5) You may think that one match every night is too much. I don't think it is. We have every day tons of players playing 3v3 after 3v3. Why wouldn't they be able to play simply one CW that night? They don't do so today, because everybody is too afraid of losing and there has to be talks and arrangements and rank discussions and alt discussions etc. etc. before a match is ever agreed on. This is why we need a system that is both casual and systematic, a system that promotes a team culture within clans, and a system that take a bit of the whole "afraid of losing" air out of CWs. Hopefully the system proposed here can achieve that. 6) If you think: "But we don't want to be forced to play every night!", my reply is: Fine, so don't participate (or participate less and fall down in the divisions). You may be the bestest best of coalitions having the best players in the universe, but if you don't want to play CWs (and also maybe let rank and file members represent you), to what good use is your coalition then in a CW context?

I like this idea, perhaps you could adapt this to a new type of tournament as well as having it clan based. Not so much about clans but a 3v3 tournament each night at the proposed time. Eg everyone who wants to be in the 3v3 tournament lets say 12 players are put randomly into teams then a round robin or KO of games is played? The Winners can be mentioned on the homepage for the next day or something as a reward?

Good idea, the CW system definitely needs to be redone I think. Only problems I see with it is just me nitpicking, like the times it is run at and length of a season. Honestly if the admins could make this happen I would be very happy.

19:00 Central European Time = 05:00 Australian EST (06:00 for those in daylight savings) 19:00 Central US Time = 23:00 Australian EST (00:00 for those in daylight savings) Useless for this side of the world. We can simply make more time lines. These two times are just the ones where most people are online. But in the future i can think about having several time lines so that everyone can play CWs to his times

I don't think there is enough demand for a third timezone. But if it comes down to prioritising features to add and improve, adding ones that would have a positive effect for all players is what is going to get my support.
