Give Interview [Requires 1 energy] (I will roll 1 dice to determine how much points you will get)

2 = -1%
3 = 0.5%
4 = 1%
5 = 2%
6 = 3%

Move to a different state [Requires 1 energy] (Do tell me to which state you are moving to)
