New strategy idea: nucular warfare

So basically every time you buy a unit you have a 5% chance of getting a nuke but every unit gets -1 attack

"Nucular" Warfare...

Lets give 30 attack to tanks instead

This is pretty much OP imperialist, with same penalty but larger benefit. Regardless of cost or attack, you just spam infantry, gather nukes, and alpha strike all over the map. Game Over.
