What's the difference?
Not being sarcastic, I just want to know the comparisons, since plain Middle East might not be large enough to be technically playable.

Depends of the opinion. Scroll down to the "traditional" table, that's the most accepted term for "The Middle East". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middle_East

I think we should have "Middle East +" Which would include all of North Africa and the Islamic countries in the Sahara.

I feel like Greater Middle East should include northern Africa. It's generally associated with the term Middle East anyways, as that term is often used to refer to predominantly Muslim countries (excluding those in Southeast Asia and Oceania).
