SO every since I have started playing I was wanting to give suggestion for being able to go against bots. It would be a good way to learn some strategies and practice.

Far too complicated, and wouldn't be fun, and predictable.

AI/Single Player and Downloadable AW - Can you make AI for me to play against in single player mode? Also can I download the game to play it offline?
We have AI planned, but it's rather low-priority at the moment. We're not planning to make a downloadable version to play offline. http://afterwind.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=5&board_page=2

It may sound simple, but programming a competent AI for a game like Afterwind is DAMN HARD. In the end, it just doesn't seem to be worth the effort, since I don't think many people would be playing against AI anyway.

for anyone who wants to play vs AI, It's a much simpler game but I found it to be pretty fun.
Warlight is a flash game on kongregate, almost exactly like risk and can have a game up to 24 AI + yourself. I guess it's multiplayer too but you'd have to go to their site for that, I didn't bother since I have superior Afterwind to play.
