Ukraine attacks Russian convoy with artillery

Ukraine fired upon Russian convoy entering Ukranian territory. Russia claims it was aid, Ukraine claims it was arms. Hard to tell, the trucks looked pretty empty on inspection as if they had been cleared out. Then again, Russia sneaks in arms without requiring known convoy. It could have been aid.

Regardless, its caused very high tensions and minor crashes in stocks. Some precit WW3 by Sunday, I doubt it. Its still a very tense situation.

The Azov battalion were the ones who fired upon the convoy.

if i recall correctly, it was your russia that was behind the forced collectivization in ukraine forcing farmers who have owned their land for generations to be forced into joint labor with other farmers. it didnt work out so well so millions of people died in the former ukraine ssr. seeing ukraine is the worlds third largest exporter of grain, i wonder how this famine began....

Russia isn't going to do anything. Communists used this type of strat before, gaining combat experience and exerting interests. Many of these Fascist and Nat Soc Mercs are Scandinavians. Yes, USSR collectivized whole economy and took all businesses from the hands of the private owners and bourgeois(how do you think it become superpower, led in space race and won ww2 in only 25 years?) But no one knew crisis will occur, land didnt gave income(yield) we expected so million starved, that was only 1 year or two, i forgot. It happened more died in ukraine than in russian part or kazakhstan, but they were ethnic russians since there isnt such thing as ukrainian nationality(russians in different parts of russia use regional name, siberians, urals, moskovians, donetsk, ukrainians), that mean million russians and kazakhs died, and todays ukraine doesnt have right to claim it was russian fault for ukrainian starvation.

why not? even though russia was officially a soviet republic, under stalin and lenin it was an de-facto dictature. even though Stalin was georgian, he centralized and lead from an Russian point of view, plus his ethical roots. therefore he didn't really care about ukrainians and baltic ppl.

Ukranians have always been somewhat of a different tribe. The area has a long history. Belgium was a territory carved into a neutral zone but Belgians dont want to be part of France. Ukraine is a territory with a language identical to Russia but a different dialect. Its western section is Catholic and more related to Poles than Russians. Russians ethnically cleansed Ukranians through starvation then replaced them with Russians. But these people still identify as Ukranian.

They have a right to their independence. They gave up nuclear arms under the promise that both the USA and Russia would protect them and never allow a foreign country to invade them. Russia broke that agreement and the USA was too cowardly to do its part to uphold their part of the deal.

Ukranians are not Russians. Not anymore.
