I have made what is essentially a null hypothesis. By definition, null hypothesis are unprovable. The burden of proof lies on you to explain why there is something wrong with it, since you're the side trying to make a positive statement.

Leave it to a failed model of the evolutionary process albanian immigrant who never went to school, a mexican alien illegal immigrant who walked his way into another country using his feet , a croat who glorifies hooliganism and militarism and has a questionable attraction to big guns, a philipino, traditionally the ideal hetero "macho" man, meaning short, babyface, no hair and a small dick and a bunch of depressed and socially awkward hitler youth, to make the case against homosexuality. (see, i can insult and mock too) For the sake of a world without logical fallacies, ignorance, misinformation, bigotry and simply stupidity i will spend some of my time to make a quick case for future reference. >>> The ITS NOT NORMAL argument (but hur dur it violates natural laws) - First of all if it violated natural laws, they wouldnt be "laws" in the first place. - Lets define natural now nat·u·ral adjective 1. existing in or formed by nature (opposed to artificial): a natural bridge. 2. based on the state of things in nature; constituted by nature: Growth is a natural process. Its perfectly clear that the argument is religious (more specific of the Abrahamic religions) and not scientific, homosexuality always existed in nature, both throughout human history and observed in hundreds of other animal species, so its safe to say its quite natural. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homosexual_behavior_in_animals http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/06/090616122106.htm http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0003347209004485 3. Even if we assume it wasnt natural and homosexuality was a human construct, you are critisizing something using a device made of metals and oil dug from the earth, refined doing insane damage to the ecosystem, parts assembled by kids illegally in China, shipped in giant ships and purchased by people with special cards made of paper, courtesy of earth's deforestation. Should i go on about food, medicine, transportation and so on? No. Natural always meant shit to us humans, making this case is not only fallacious, but hypocritical as well. >>> its a mental illness https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homosexuality_and_psychology Homosexuality has been written off as a mental illness or disorder, since the 80's. At least thats what the American Association of Phychology concluded after tons of research, studies and tests, freely available in the internet. >>> its biologically wrong, evolution bla If 200.000 years of human evolution and so many more of mammal in general, didnt get rid of it, then im sure theres something to it. Scientific consensus agree that not only if "nature" deemed that trait undesirable it would have eliminated it by now, but that it actually serves a positive purpose in the biologicall chain of life. >>> procreation Nowhere does it say, that a humans purpose in life is procreation. Procreation was vital to our survival thousand of years ago, but we are past that age now. Theres this concept in the civilised, developed world that is called family planning, where consenting, educated adults make mature decisions on wether to have kids or not and if so, how many and how well can they raise them. If you look at fertility rates, you will see the higher the rate, the less developed a country is and the lower the standards of living are. Moreso, a thousand years ago our population was roughly half a billion and now its already unsastainable, at 7 billion and rising. Almost every single misery and misfortune in our day and age is due to overpopulation, yet you make a case of it. Silly and ignorant. If anything, in reality, gay couples who dont procreate (biologically and technologically they sure can), but adopt instead, are doing a great service to humanity not only by population control, but by taking care of poor little souls, the good religious hetero couples threw in the garbage because "dude it just doesnt feel the same with condoms" http://graduate.norwich.edu/resources-mdy/infographics-mdy/whats-next-for-our-increasingly-overpopulated-world/ >>> but homo parents will fuck up our children Studies with tenths of thousands of data gathered over decades, has shown there are no distinctions in terms of mental and physical health and general success, between childs raised by same sex couples than those of the opposite. In fact, children of divorced heterosexual couples are the ones that have it worst. >>> homos are rapists and child molesters Scientific consensus is that child molesters have no sexual orientation in terms of gender, but rather of age. In fact studies showed, that sexual offenders are in the vast majority "heterosexual". One study found a 1% homosexual in convicted men and another found a 13% bisexual and none exclusively homosexual. I wont even discuss sexuality aversion and the notion that sexual orientation is a choice, since its been debunked and all studies point to the opposite. Im looking forward to any future arguments to support your case in the age of 2016 almost, as to why you think homosexuality is bad, should be illegal or any of your damn business.

I'm not fan of gays, however I support anyone who wants equal rights. I wish they were given equal rights as all citizens, but I'm against their indecent exposure towards people, and especially in front of innocent children in their parades, their inappropriate clothes should be monitored and civilized if they want the general public to accept them. Overall, methinks people shouldn't mind what other people decide that they like, let them enjoy it as long as it doesn't harm anyone who isn't part of this circle.

1. I oppose them because they're in it for privileges, in return for money. What do politicians of the progressives gain? They gain support from lobbying groups and votes from the general organization members. As a small government guy, I don't like lobbyists at all. So before you whimps start yelling something along the lines of "partisan hypocrisy," then you should know that I don't support any lobbying groups from either side. 2. It brings negative impact, such as their movements that infringe upon First Amendment rights and our rights to private property (for instance, the Christian Bakery who didn't want to bake a cake for a gay couple -- they could've gone elsewhere and told the baker "your loss of business" but instead they sued the baker for profit). There's also all this whacko stuff of the LGBT pressing charges on people who call another person a man because that man identifies as a woman and there's movements to ban what they consider "hate speech" and "bigotry" (ironically, they're allowed to express themselves this way because of our free speech society, which quickly losing free speech to these "progressive" movements) thus removing a free society in the future. We already have a society where people gain financial and social privileges because of their ethnicity (every group that isn't "white" or "asian"). 3. Whoops... answered that in number 2. How to make the LGBT movement cry: Ask them, "What rights are you missing?" What, the right to sit on some stranger's lap when he doesn't want you to? The right to go nude and protest inside of someone else's private property? Those aren't even valid "rights" -- no one can do those things. Of course, that's just me making a humorous comparison. Everyone can get married and everyone has the same rights as a married couple would, and they can all serve as well. They aren't being counted as a 1/10th vote. So, what "rights" are they missing? They're desiring special privileges, which they already have.

I got mindfucked reading this. Let me comprehend. You oppose a worldwide movement, by millions of people, who have been bullied, discriminated, marginalised and abused in every form and way for decades and "are in it" for equality under law and for the right to live their life without being discriminated, because....some politicians and lobbyists in USA? Do i have to point out how off you are? No. Also a republican talking about lobbyists, thats rich. Partisan hypocrisy like usual Also dont call other people wimps, until you hit puberty and stop watching ninja turtles.
Lol, thats a new one. Can you elaborate?
That is not a right to private property. That is the right to refuse service and it doesnt exist. For a reason. And guess what, the only people who have a problem with this are religious conservatives. Should we go back to when the blacks were segregated? Where shops and businesses had a right to refuse service to blacks? Where they had to go to different schools and use different toilets and so on, but this time with the gays and transgeder? As for the suing part, that is an American problem and it has to do with your culture. You sue for anything, you sue for sexual harassment over a snarky comment at work, or to take revenge on your cheating boyfriend, you sue a business because you fell on the stairs after the janitor moped them or because you found a hair in your burger. You have ambulance chasers and so on. The "sue" culture is an American trend and has nothing to do with lgbt movement. Moreso, since when is it "wrong" to sue someone who violates the constitution? Do you suppose we stop obeying the laws we dont like? Do you suppose we modify laws, based on religious preferences? No? Then shut the fuck up and serve the queers! And be polite to them, they are humans after all.
Again, you are cherrypicking a few occasional events, one you heard on the radio, one you read an article about, one you saw on southpark and one your friend killer666 on counterstrike told you and use them to make a case against a whole international movement against discrimination. These "whacko stuff" you mention, who i have never heard of, are isolated events and do not portrey the actions and thoughts of millions of individuals, who strive for more fundamental rights. Moreso, thats a slippery slope, you believe that the lgbt movement is gonna somehow violate your rights for free speech in the future, because they demand equality? Can you prove it? Or atleast make a decent case for it? As for the affirmative action, i dont have a strong opinion, but i am leaning close to supporting it. No matter my opinion, i hate this egotistical and envious point of view. We have a saying where im from " I wish my neighbours goat die" and it sums it up. You spend your energy and hate on your fellow men, just because they are fortunate on something and make him a scapegoat for your problems, ignoring the real problems and the real people who hurt and take advantage of you.
You didnt.
Why would you want to make a group of bullied, abused, harassed individuals who get discriminated every day because they are "different" from you and never did you any harm, cry? What do you think makes you so superior and why do you harbor such hate against other humans? Are you a christian, maybe? I m pretty sure, i could hurt you and make you cry in real life if i wanted to. But i wouldnt do it, so i dont understand why you think abusing a minority is in any way "fun" or "cool".
In short, equal treatment under the law ( housing and employment protection, marriage, adoption, universal abolishment of anti-gay laws and so on) and maybe if its not too much, i dont know, the right for someone to live his life without being discriminated, harassed and judged for something that is not harming anyone. In shorter, the correct application of democracy.
Never happened.
The constitution gives people the right to assemble in groups and make peacefull demonstrations in public property. If you think they violate decency laws ( because you never see a mans abs and chest or a girls ass and boobs in tv, magazines, internet or in the street in a normal day) you have the right to sue them. If you dont like seeing them, you are free to move to the Middle East. Moral judgement has no place in the contitution.
Because you made them all up. You didnt even mention one of the real changes the lgbt movement really pushes for. Just some stuff you saw in tv.
No and no and no and yes. They can vote yes, im sure they are very gratefull for it that you let them vote. I made a brief mention of the "rights" they are missing, but i am under the impression they are as much constitutional as they are societital. Im not an expert and neither i belong to the movement, but i am convinced that euqlity under the law and an end to discrimination is all they want. We are talking about a worldwide phenomenon and not USA-centric, lgbt people are harassed and attacked all over the world, in some countries still being put to death for it. Hundreds and thousands of our kids are being bullied and marginalised for who they are and they end up depressed, miserable and oftenly commiting suicide. Im pretty sure all these little kids want is to live their lives peacefully, they never hurt anybody. If living their life without getting attacked, having the same opportunities to succeed in a work enviroment as everybody else, be equal under the law and treated with respect are somehow "special privileges" then i fail to understand how your mind works.

Khaleesi, if I had a penny for every time I heard a liberal argue what you just argued, I would be a billionaire. It gives me a good laugh every time. Almost all of you are the same, haha. Where do you get your news from, MSNBC? Have you bothered cracking into more moderate providers such as CNN? The only way I see this argument going (not even a debate) is into emotions, it's all you folks pry on. Feel free to call the libertarian an extremist: -I follow God -I believe in the rights to bear arms -I believe in an organized militia -I believe in the old republic -I believe in the constitution -I believe in a small, laissez-faire government -I don't run around saying, "It's not war if we're just bombing them." (dang Obama supporters say that crap, I'd have half a million if I had a penny for every time I've heard that). -I'm not politically correct -I like Ayn Rand -And again... big gov't sucks. I also just absolutely love how you took portions out of context, just as any other liberal. I can tell you're beyond pissed. I'm an activist, I see it all the time. Any mentally well person notices when people take words out of context. It's just laughing stock, rolls off me as water rolls off of hydrophobic surfaces, the only difference is that I laugh once it rolls off. Konie even is bringing race in, dang race-baiter! Just an FYI, I guarantee my family is far more diverse than yours. Let's pull out the Bingo card and force the Khaleesi to construct a new argument, this time without just quoting just portions of my statements and taking them out of context:

Nice generalizations. I could say the same about you right wingers and how when you run out of arguments, try to lead the discussion astray and resort to cute remarks like "haha i laugh" . Also i rarely watch tv and mainstream media, what gave you that impression?
Because we are not sociopaths and we do actually have feelings and respect those of other people as well. However since my arguments were valid, whether they appealed to emotion or not matters little.
Wow you sound like a very interesting, fun and intelligent individual. Do you also have an apocalypse bunker and follow all the latest conspiracy theories by all the famous middle-aged trailer trash bloggers? We could be friends. God bless you son!
I am an activist too and if im pissed, it is because i hate it when people are deluded into a false sense of superiority, thinking they can somehow force their selfish, bigoted, ignorant and archaic views upon the rest of the, clearly more advanced and intelligent, albeit more peacefull and civil, part of the population. That being said, if i did took your words out of context, please correct me. We ll go throught each together. Oh yeah now comes the "i have a life" argument. Tuse
huehuehue. That is very inspired.Well cant argue with a tea party meme, truth be told tho we use alot of the stuff up there, maybe stop giving us ammunition. Btw science is not a belief. ( keybords should have a shortcut for this sentence) Lastly, i wont construct new arguments, as you didnt respond to my previous ones. As i also have been through this before, this is where you concede your points and admit your hate and bigotry stems from the religious teachings of the bible and the respect you have for the traditional values that made your country great. The sooner you admit it, we can stop this and talk about god and guns

Khaleesi, I'm not going to lift your weight. Immediately you went for an argument based off of emotions and taking words out of context. You even completely missed my comparisons and took those out of context as an example. There's also no counter arguments to make against whining, I think everyone knows that. It's a good way to end a conversation of any kind. BUT of course, I should've known that coming to this thread would only result in these emotional arguments and using text out of context. If you want to see what you took out of context, then read what you posted. If you still don't see it, then either you're just being a rebellious youth like any other damned participant of the march of the millennials movement. Suddenly, I'm superior -- wait, how? I've grown up in the lower income class, barely above the poverty line. I've moved around a lot throughout my childhood. My father was a very dishonest man. On top of that I've had health problems occurring throughout my entire life. Please tell me more of my selfishness and superiority, which you're implying that I'm privileged (hey, I think that BINGO card just stopped you from out-right calling a Korean-American a "white, privileged male"). Haha. ---- I'm heading out to a family reunion for Christmas. The real-world takes precedence over the forum, so I will not be present for a while. Even if I wanted to continue, I couldn't and wouldn't since the whole family on this side hasn't seen each other in almost 15 years (this year would've been the 15th). We're so privileged that we couldn't even afford to see each other... sarcasm. That said, you know why I won't be responding now. This is a game site; sinjid is making the sane arguments; in Khal.easy's arguments and avatar photo she looks like a person who hasn't had any moral training. Thus she fits in with 99% of her pals in Thighland. But its really not her fault. She probably just listened well to her atheist/occultist mother, father, teacher, friends, occult leader, or whatever. Go ahead and send the Stasi agents to put me under arrest 4 speaking "truth." I'm just a nobody with nothing to lose. I have seen the bodies of many men and women. I absolutely don't see how a man could find the hershey highway desirable.
