Attack on 1st turn?

I late joined a game turn 2 or 3 succesfully(without being capped)and after game started(for me)i mad my moves but what i noticed next turn was that korea which was there from turn 1 capped me 1st turn of my arrival in the game.Is this any new feature too?

No, getting capped instantly is nothing new because you technically were neutral before, but you can't get attacked once you actually spawn in the map for the first turn.

Sorry but you didnt understand.i did join,but when i id my moves and end turn and i saw that he attacked my cap and tbed 23helis....and he took it...Ask adiloi for proves.

No, this is not a new feature. He attacked you in the turn you joined thus you were still neutral when he attacked.

No cool game up for like 30min.So i late joined with a friend

You can attack anyone first turn as long as you declare war. he probably used that against you. its a bug and it'll be fixed at some point

Nobody is late joining here

If you declare war turn 1. You can attack whoever you declared war on turn 1.
