Rank limits not working [FIX PROVIDED ALSO]

Anyone of you experienced rank limits not working ? You set them up,and when you start some noob join.
Well most of that happens in duel,3v3,2v2 etc...
Thing is you set ranks first,then go change game type or add teams. and press start.
I noticed that when you change to be it 2 teams or game, it resets on 0-20.
SO FIX: Set everything up,and then put rank limits and press start

Remove rank limits shit already.
