As for expression of religion, first of all Islam is not just a religion, but a political system with its own set of theist laws. That comes in direct collision with the constitution and the rule of law.

If the bombing would be calculated based on syrian refugees that a country has, greece,turkey(3 million refugees) ,jordan(2million ),saudi(2 million ) would have had propably lost millions of lifes.
