It would be wrong of me to just nominate one person here; I really love this community and everyone is such a generous person most of the time, so I'll stick to three here:
AIois, he kept the Supporter team afloat through all of 2019 and spent the better part of this year working on the team itself. I'm not sure if any of you know just how much time and dedication he put into this community, but it was a colossal amount. I value him as a great person to work with as a Supporter myself as well as a dear friend I can cherish knowing; The help and enthusiasm he has given me through the Tree Wizards, Ship of Theseus, and now Sons of Mars is something I cannot thank him enough for.
Sid, despite my differences with him earlier this year he has gone out of his way so many times for me and made it clear that he is not just another faceless authority figure here, but a very genuine and goodhearted person. He is a great friend and someone I feel comfortable talking to just about anything, AtWar-related or not. He's done so much for the moderation team this year along with Sascha and Brian, and I think we can al be extremely appreciative of the reforms that have taken place. Kudos to Sid for being one of the best dudes on this game; I'm still buying the beer for you if I ever find myself in SoCal!
Dave, the man that single-handedly revitalized this game for so many of us. Despite a rocky start with the original Unleashed/xBugs/Laochra fiasco earlier this year, and then the cold silent Summer, I know for certain that there is far more hope in this community than there ever has been before since Dave took over. We all love Ivan and Amok dearly of course, but there came a point where if the game was to go anywhere, it needed to be under someone who had the time and knowhow for it, and Dave has proven to be that guy. None of you really know how much he's been working on the game behind the scenes; How much code had to be cleaned up; Servers rewritten; etc. Those Strategies he introduced this year weren't simple to code into the game, if I recall Dave mentioned there was some twenty different instances being rewritten per stat even. This was mountains of work for him to do, and I cannot thank him enough for his steadfast dedication and will. Besides this, Dave has been an incredibly generous and outgoing gentleman to everyone on the AtWar staff as well as the community itself; I've never seen the owner of a game take time out of his day to hold a community meeting much like the one we had last night, let alone the many other times we've done it on the game and on Discord, among other channels. Dave was the real deal this year, and I cannot thank him enough for that.

Jugers2: Give this man a medal and apology, he worked so goddamn hard for the competitive community only to have his hopes and dreams squished by lying and cheating. An amazing friend and coach, I can only hope one day we get the game to a point where he feels comfortable returning. Miss you, Tengri, and Dom all the time mate.
Tengri: Legit funniest Turk I ever met. Most prolific DS Turk on top of that, but despite that he's extremely gifted and skillful at this game; A real shame what happened however.
Viserion: For his work as a Supporter, as well as his lengthy new AtWar tutorial and theme videos.
Sascha: For his work as a Moderator, the friendly nature he's always had, and the many problems he's helped me and others work out throughout the year. One of my favorite Germans.
Beast: Another amazing friend of mine; Despite our differences as well, it's always pulled through. I respect and thank you for your friendship bro, you're a fantastic person who shouldn't let others take him down. Definitely stronger than I.
Tungston: Look, I just want to congratulate you on how goddamn good you've gotten at this game: You've really impressed the hell out of me. Not only this, but you're a great person to be friends with and bring a certain liveliness to Sons of Mars. Kudos to you man; Tungston, the best Ancient World player I've ever met!
Almighty: I know I can always depend on you for many things; You're far better and more knowledgeable at this game than I could ever dream of being, and I thank you for being the guiding hand we really needed in Sons of Mars.
Tirpitz406: You're an extremely dedicated an exceptional competitive player, and your help in Sons of Mars is what really drove a lot of our trainees to strive to become better. Sure, some of them have left now, but I think you deserve a round of applause for the mighty work you put in to helping not just them, but me and the other officers/leaders of SM as well. You're a great guy, and one of my favorite Germans.
Sultan of Swing: You brought me back down to earth in this game many times and helped me out a lot with my game. You and Tirpitz kept our clan together and despite us losing a bunch of CWs, you made it a hell of a time. Master of Stealth and Hybrid Warfare have never been so fun to play since you showed me how to not be shit at them. I hope to see you on EUIV soon, and I thank you for your enduring friendship both before and after this Summer.
Roma Invicta: For his work as a Supporter on the cartography competition, his work in the cartography community, as well as being one of the best friends I ever made on this game. I really wish things could have been different between us... but, things in life do not always work out the way you hope they will. You've always got a friend in me if you need it though, bro.
Helly: For his work on the Map editor with Clovis; his duties as a Supporter, and for his enduring friendship. I cannot tell you how much this man has helped me as a human being this year, not to mention his unwavering passion for the game and our clan. He really has given it his all throughout this year.
