Is there a way to get coins back

Hello, I literally JUST purchased a map out of curiosity, and upon trying to play it, it days "scenario doesn't exist", I reloaded the website, exited and logged back on, and really idk what to do. I don't want to waste 100 coins on something I can use, so I was wondering if I was able to get a refund, if not, it's whatever, however if I am able to, would be greatly appreciated to know how, or how to make the map work.

Did you buy the map or a scenario made from the map?
If you had brought the map then it doesn't mean any scenario based on it is free, it's a separate purchase, you can play a scenario without buying the map by only purchasing the scenario.
As for the scenario, mapmakers can unpublish scenarios (even maps) usually for improvements, re-balancing, etc (sometimes because they like to go on strike as well) so unless mapmaker republishes them. you can't play them.
In your case i assume you purchased the map so you can play the map but not the scenarios based on it.

No, I purchased the scenario, hoping to get some sort of story like others give, but sadly I felt robbed lmao

The scenario might also be broken since it's very old and might still be from Silverlight times. I added 100 PCs back to your account.
