Is it correct that wallglitching is moving a wall that will obviously be destroyed, placing the units in a city so that the enemies all die, and then making another wall the same turn? Does that even work? Also, is rewalling wallglitching under another name or is it just literally making another wall the next turn after one goes down? I'd just like to confirm these, not only because I don't want to be an asshole in a CW later down the road, but also because it'd be nice if newer players could know this stuff too.

So, hmm, you just confused the shit out of me. Wall glitching is when a wall that's about to be broken you put it in a city (you must) and then you rewall the city which was walled with different units from a city. to stop wging you must place a wf next to the wall when you're breaking it.

So, wall glitching is luring into a fortified city using the current wall units, and using units from the same or another city to rewall that fortified city the same turn? What exactly is rewalling, and why is it so looked down upon? My understanding, so far, is that rewalling means to use units from the same city that you're trying to wall a turn after it had been taken down, and is bannable, or at least used to be. Can anyone confirm it, or redefine it properly for me?

I wanted to explain you about rewalling, but it seems you adden me to ignore list, so I am posting it here insteat. Rewall concist in re-making your wall. It is used by few players for gain advantage over another. Wherever it is legal or no, it has caused a lot of fights between players. Most of the "competitive" players are either neutral or accept it. Even all the competitive clans either accept it or are neutral about. There are few players opposed against it, as well as few clans ( most of then not competitives) which doesnt use it. My advise for you: If you post it in forums you are likery to get a lot of competitive players telling you that it is legitm. Same if you express an negative opinion about it. And last, they wont listen you nor they will stop using it. It hurt right? but it is the reality. I was of theses small players which opposed to the use of it, because I think that is not very nice. I tried to implement the same rule to the clan I was officer on ( no rewalling). All I got was losing clanmates until I decided to be neutral about it: I dont either support or hate it. If you rewall it doesnt matte for me now. Same goes for MS. We have players which use it, and we also have players which doesnt use it. We wont lose a clanmate because rewalling. If you want to ensure nobody is rewalling then ask for it at the start of the CW, and maybe you can get an agreement.

Are there other players like me, who don't do it on purpose, but sometimes use infantry from walls to capture cities, and then replace those infantry with others, inadvertently wallglitching?

All you got to while breaking wall is also to ensure one extra unit is nearby to prevent any new wall formation. Rewalling or Wallglitching is not illegal and a lot of people do it. There is no reason why you shouldn't do the same.

There hasnt really been a clear answer so ill sum it up for you: Wallglitching is taking a wall that you made down and replacing it with a new wall (on the same city) but with different units to keep it walled, rewalling (Serbian ReWall as otherwise known) is when your opponent has a city walled, you kill all the units on his wall and place units to form a wall around his city, so you break his wall, and wall the city with your units in the same turn.

Side note: there is an AW bug which keeps a wall up with your "hitting unit" beside it, eveb if you did attack it. This isnt a wallglitch simply because if they did, the new wall they made would be wf'd. you can also check this from the battle log screen ofc
